This grant to CalFlowers includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use or disseminate the media.

Registration Tiers:

  • Early Bird Registration (Until July 3, 2024) ~ $795
  • Regular Registration (July 4 – August 26, 2024) ~ $895 / Guest Passes increase by $40
  • On-Site Registration (on or after August 27, 2024) ~ $995 / Guest Passes increase by $60


Cancellation and Refund Policy
All registered attendee name changes and/or refund requests for the Event registration fee, hands-on sessions and/or a la carte tickets must be made in writing by email to Robin at [email protected].

  • Cancellations received on or before July 31, 2024 will be refunded 100% of the cost of the item cancelled, less a $25 administrative fee.
  • Cancellations received between August 1-14, 2024 will be refunded 50% of the cost of the item cancelled, less a $25 administrative fee.
  • Refunds will NOT be available for cancellations made on or after August 15, 2024 or for no-shows.
