Join us August 5–8 for the 2026 Fun ‘N Sun Floral Convention, set against the breathtaking backdrop of 23 acres of lush gardens at the iconic Langham Huntington in Pasadena, California. As we celebrate “A Legacy in Bloom: 85 Years of Floral Excellence,” prepare for an inspiring and unforgettable floral experience.

Registration Tiers:

  • Early Bird Registration (Until June 24, 2026) ~ $795
  • Regular Registration (June 25– July 24, 2026) ~ $895 / Guest Passes increase by $40
  • On-Site Registration (on or after July 25, 2026) ~ $995 / Guest Passes increase by $60

  • This will allow you to sign up for the Hands-on Sessions only.

Your full conference registration includes all the following events and meals.  Please check ALL meals you will be attending so we can plan accordingly.

  • Guided tours of The Original Los Angeles Flower Market and The Southern California Flower Market, offering a rare behind-the-scenes look at daily operations, product diversity, and the rich history of the floral district.
  • An exclusive tour of Fiesta Productions, Inc., where attendees will see firsthand the creativity, engineering, and floral artistry behind Pasadena’s world-famous Rose Parade floats.
  • Breakfast + Coffee bar will be provided before the tours.  We're also bringing lunch to you! In-N-Out and Handel's Ice Cream food trucks will be at provided at Fiesta Productions, Inc.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All registered attendee name changes and/or refund requests for the Event registration fee, hands-on sessions and/or a la carte tickets must be made in writing by email to Robin at [email protected].

  • Cancellations received on or before June 30, 2026 will be refunded 100% of the cost of the item cancelled, less a $25 administrative fee.
  • Cancellations received between July 1-14, 2026 will be refunded 50% of the cost of the item cancelled, less a $25 administrative fee.
  • Refunds will NOT be available for cancellations made on or after July 15, 2026 or for no-shows.
